Tribal Member Needs Assessment Surveys
The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma is requesting that our members please respond to surveys that will help to determine needs that could be met with two proposed programs.
Homeowners Assistance Fund
First, the Apache tribe will receive a funding allocation for the Homeowners Assistance Fund (HAF), which was established under the American Rescue Plan of 2021.
HAF was established to respond to financial hardships associated with the Coronavirus Pandemic by providing funds to eligible homeowners in certain areas. This Survey was created as a requirement of the HAF Plan in lieu of a Public Hearing which we cannot hold due to Coronavirus.
If you are a homeowner please fill out this survey.

Broadband Survey
The Apache Tribal of Oklahoma has also applied for a Tribal Broadband Grant.
The Grant would help provide Broadband to Tribal Members in Oklahoma and to households who have Apache Children in them for school related work during the Pandemic.
The Grant also provides for Elders/Tribal members who do not currently have Broadband in their homes.
These are some of the goals of the grant.
Please Respond to the survey so we may know how to best serve our member’s needs.
