New Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)Qualifications
The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma announces an exciting new Qualification of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP).
The ERAP Program is now available to Apache Tribe of Oklahoma members living anywhere within the United States of America. Prior qualifications required the member live within the State of Oklahoma.

APPLICANT MUST BE A RENTER TO APPLY FOR THE EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The program will only be accepted completed applications with supporting documents for the Household: Copies of C.D.I.B./ Valid State ID / Birth Certificates, S.S.N. for all household members, Last 30 Days of Income, Lease/Rental Agreement, W-9 for Landlord, Household Bill(s), and W-9 for Household Bill(s).
