Jamee Ware to serve on the National Indian Childcare Assoc. Board of Directors

Jamee Ware, Apache Tribe CCDF Director, has been selected to serve on the National Indian Childcare Assoc. Board of Directors. Ms. Ware will serve in this capacity while continuing her work as the ATO Childcare Program Director. She hopes to bring recognition and awareness to tribal childcare, as well as early learning initiatives in tribal communities.

NICCA’s mission is:

“To promote high-quality culturally relevant childcare an develpment and to unify tribes and tribal organizations by providing leadership, support, and advocacy on behalf of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians.”
