Indian Community Development Block Grant HUD Survey for Elders Age 55 and over.
Elders age 55 and older, please complete the following survey for our Amendment to our ICDBG Grant.
The Funds had to be reprogrammed, and HUD is requiring the assistance to be for Tribal Elders.
The Survey is part of the Approval Process for the Amendment. Once the Amendment is approved, Assistance will be announced and open to Tribal Elders.
The Survey will be up for one week, then results will be collected and sent to HUD for the last step of the Amendment Process.
