Booster shots are now available for everyone 12+ and the vaccinated. COVID-19 vaccines continue to work very well at preventing severe illness, hospitalization, and death related to COVID and its variants. A booster shot is extra dose that helps keep up your protection.
Get your booster as soon as you’re eligible:
EXAMPLE ↓
- Pfizer (5 months after your 2nd dose).
- Moderna (5 months after your 2nd dose).
- Bring your vaccine card or documentation of the first two doses.
- Ages 12 – 17yrs of age must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
Mask and Social Distancing Is Required At All Times
The CHR Program will be distributing a box (35 mask per box) in youth and adults N95 mask to the community during the booster clinic outside on the west side of the A.O.A. Building. We will distribute while supplies last.
