- Participants for the COVID Vaccination must be 65 and older.
- Also, eligible, age 18 and up with underlying health conditions.
- And, age 16 – 18 with underlying health conditions, must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
MUST HAVE A CHART AT LAWTON INDIAN HOSPITAL

Important Information
You should not get a COVID-19 vaccine if you:
- Have had a known COVID-19 exposure and are currently quarantined
- Have symptoms of COVID-19, including a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell
- Have pending COVID -19 test
- Had any other vaccine in the past 14 days
- Had the passive antibody therapy in the past 90 days
