Child Care Development Fund
The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma CCDF program’s mission is to help families find quality child care.
The CCDF program is funded by a federal grant through the Department of Health & Human Services and Administration for Children & Families.
We help eligible families with their financial obligation for child care.
Eligibility
· Child must reside in Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Kiowa, Tillman, Stephens, Canadian, Oklahoma, Cleveland, McClain and Pottawatomie Counties.
· Child must be under the age of 13.
· Child must be a member of a Federally Recognized Native American tribe.
· Both Parents/Guardians must be working or attending an educational program
· Income verification to be completed by the employer and one month’s pay stubs from each working parent/guardian.
· Copy of Child’s CDIB
· Copy of Child’s Birth Certificate
· Current Enrollment Verification of Parent/Guardian attending school.
