Apache Tribe PPE Event

- AT: APACHE TRIBAL COMPLEX (ANADARKO, OK)
DRIVE-THRU EVENT ONLY (MUST BE IN A VEHICLE)
TRIBAL MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE A CARD.
How to receive a card:
• Tribal member-Apache Tribe of Oklahoma
• Val id Photo ID or Picture CDIB
• 16 years and older
Reason: This gift card is for all tribal members
16 years of age and older to purchase PPE
supplies for themselves. PPE is medicine,
bacterial wipes, sanitizing/cleaning products,
masks, food, and water.
AGAIN: PPE is medicine, bacterial wipes, sanitizing/cleaning products, masks, food, and water.
If not able to make it due to positive or quarantining from COVID-19
or Live out of State or prefer to receive your card in the mail.

copy of your current Valid Photo ID or Picture CDIB.
Do not come if you are positive or quarantining from
COVID-19.
