Apache Tribe of Oklahoma L.I.H.E.A.P. Notice
Fiscal Year 2020 and 2021
The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma has agreed to let the State of Oklahoma DHS temporarily (Fiscal Year 2020 and 2021) take charge of the Low-Income Heating and Energy Assistance Program (L.I.H.E.A.P.).
You may apply online at www.okdhslive.org or in person at the local DHS Office.
Please understand that you need to have all documents in hand when filling out the L.I.H.E.A.P. Application online.
Documents needed:
- State Driver’s License
- Social Security Number (for everyone who lives in the home.)
- Electricity Bill
- Natural Gas/Propane Bill
Must have an email address when setting up the account.
