2023-2024 School Clothing Assistance Application Now Available
The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma will provide school clothing assistance to enrolled Apache Tribal students that are enrolled in Kindergarten to 12th grade. Each student will receive $150 and is to be used for school clothing, backpack, and school supplies.
Applying for this assistance is simple. First, is to download and print the printed application form. You can return the form by mail, in person, or scan/email (no pictures). The application has a section to be filled out and signed by a School Official. Please mail the completed application to:
